Reward stay in Evian

What was the objective of this event?

The objective was to offer a “wow” reward stay for the top used car dealers. We were mandated by the agency in charge of the event to provide services other than transportation and accommodation (activities, outside catering, etc.)

What were the highlights of the program?

The client wanted to enhance the stay with original transfers and avoid the use of conventional vehicles as much as possible. To do this, we brought in Tuk Tuks for the trips in the city of Evian, took a beautiful aperitif cruise in an old sailing ship to go to a dinner, used Limousines, etc. The surprise effect for each transfer was there!

As for the activities, they started with an introduction to golf with a view of the lake (the city’s flagship activity, known for its international golf tournament), followed by a sailing regatta on cockpits and catamarans (to enjoy Lake and challenge themselves), then they finished their stay with a variety of à la carte activities (hydrospeed, wakeboarding, massage).

What was your role? How did you live it?

I was in charge of the event upstream and on site. It was an interesting and formative project that required a good deal of organization both upstream (meticulous client, complex logistics, evolution of the program, etc.) and on site (we had capricious weather with risks of storms until the last minute but fortunately we passed between the lightning). In the end, it was a great experience with a beautiful result; the proof is that we worked together again the following year with a winter program in the snow!

What is your best memory of this event?

The arrival in an old sailing ship for the dinner in a castle by the lake. The closer we got, the more the castle took shape, it was magical !
